• Engineering Supervisor (Engineering/Maintenance)

  An Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for shift coverage and therefore must possess strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house areas including electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems, using a windows based computer system.  A minimum of 3-years building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred. A strong working knowledge of all major building systems, including life-safety systems, is required for this position. Good communication skills are necessary. Additionally, this position requires strong leadership skills, and a willingness to work different shifts as the demands of business dictates.

• General Maintenance Engineer (Engineering/Maintenance)

  A General Maintenance will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas. Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included. A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department. This includes inspecting guest rooms, counseling and interviewing employees, resolving guest complaints, general office duties, etc. Minimum of 1-year hotel experience and excellent communication skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

• Houseperson- Housekeeping (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeping Houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate weight. This is a fast paced position.

• Maintenance Manager (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the oversight of the operation of the hotel. This includes the inside as well as the outside of the building. This person must be knowledgable in all mechanical engineering.

• Property Manager (General Manager)

  The responsibilities include overseeing the entire Operations function. Duties may also include training, staff development and scheduling.
