Under supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor, responsible for day to day full cycle accounts payable transactions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under the direct supervision of the Water/Wastewater Plant Supervisor, will perform a variety of skilled, technical and administrative work of the operation. Operates, maintains, monitors controls and repairs all water/wastewater plant process equipment, including pumps, motors, blowers, chlorinators, chemical feeds, sludge equipment and basic laboratory equipment to ensure that treated water/wastewater meets Tribal, State and EPA quality standards.
Under the direct supervision of the Room Chef and the F&B Back of the House Intern, this position entails prepping food items, cooking, placing stock in proper storage areas, cleaning and maintaining work areas and kitchens, and overall production for all Food & Beverage venues.
Under direct supervision of the Assistant Banquet Manager, takes food and beverage orders from the guests, prepares the beverages ordered and serves the guest. Works efficiently in a team based environment and must follow Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws, TOGE alcohol training as well as all Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) internal controls, consistently.
Under direct supervision of the F&B Supervisor and F&B Front of the House Intern, the Beverage Server maintains efficient and courteous beverage operations by greeting guests, anticipating guests’ needs, providing knowledgeable drink service, and providing consistent professional guest relations with a positive and upbeat personality. Works efficiently in a team-based environment and must follow Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws, Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) alcohol training, as well as all TOGE Internal Controls (ICs), consistently.
Under direct supervision of the General Manager, oversees the efficient and profitable operation of food service facilities, ensuring patron satisfaction and food quality, all personnel in the Food and Beverage Department. Responsible for all financial, operations and development areas. Responsible in arranging, planning and staffing for special functions.
Under direct supervision of the Environmental Services Supervisor, cleans and maintains all internal and external carpet and hard surface floor areas: Concrete, stained concrete, tile or terrazzo.
Under direct supervision of the Drop Count Supervisor, responsible for the drop and count processes for Table Games, Gaming Machine and Poker Room drop.
Under general supervision of the Payroll & Scheduling Manager, coordinates all aspects of Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise (TOGE) payroll and scheduling operations. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
