The Vice President of Facilities is responsible for the management, supervision, and administration of various construction, renovation, and development projects as well as the maintenance, repair, and operation of all Cache Creek Casino Resort facilities. This includes the casino, hotel, golf course, mini-mart, central plant, wastewater treatment plant, parking structure and parking lots. This includes ensuring a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment for guests and employees. This position is not directly responsible for other Tribal properties but will work collaboratively with Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation representatives on resource management including but not limited to shared power and water supplies.

The Convention Services Supervisor coordinates all aspects of upcoming convention events after the contracting process. The Convention Services Supervisor is the meeting planner’s liaison to all departments related to their upcoming event. This position is responsible for effectively servicing clients/groups and maintaining the contracted food, beverage and hotel room block minimums. The Convention Services Supervisor will work in conjunction with adjacent Sales, Technical, and/or Catering services. The Convention Services Supervisor a critical component to achieving the hotel’s revenue goals, and meeting planner satisfaction scores.
Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Guest Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning standard and suite rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness. Thorough cleaning of the hotel facility, guest room, and patios which includes, making beds, changing linens, dusting, scrubbing floors/toilets/tubs/sinks, vacuuming, removing fingerprints and smudges from mirrors and glass, shining surfaces, replenishing and delivering work and guest supplies, etc. Guest room attendant performs other duties related to housekeeping.
Responsible for welcoming casino resort guests in a warm, professional and friendly manner. Handle all phases of processing hotel reservations. Act in a sales capacity by always promoting and upselling the property. Ensure flawless, fast, accurate service is provided during each employee-guest encounter and at service point. Effectively resolve guest complaints and de-escalate conflicts to the benefit of the guest, department and company. Role model to fellow colleagues and other department employees and management. Assist and support department and division employees and management to deliver an exceptional overall guest experience.
