  The Casino Host is a sales-driven position designed to build, maintain and cultivate relationships with premium- level players and generate incremental growth in gaming revenue as set forth by Player Development Management. The Casino Host represents Cache Creek Casino Resort professionally through public relations and various marketing strategies in order to acquire and retain premium-level players.

• Assistant Restaurant Manager - Food Court (Food & Beverage)

  Provide consistent high quality service to all guests who dine in the restaurant.  This is obtained by leadership and management of front of the house team while maintaining open two-way communication with restaurant chef and culinary team.    

• Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Prepare beverages and provide beverage service in a friendly courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Prepare beverages for service by cocktail servers. Act as a cashier for the beverage outlet.

• Bell Person (Guest Services)

  Responsible for welcoming casino resort guests in a warm, professional and friendly manner. Escort guests to their room, deliver luggage to the guest rooms, orient guests to the casino resort by explaining facilities, services, amenities, and surrounding areas, anticipate guest needs and assist, explain room features, provide ice upon check in. Assist guest during room changes, maintain room security during this process. Upon request, tour prospective guest to the property. Help maintain safe and secure storage of guest luggage and belongings in the luggage room by accurately accounting for items, properly tagging and storing them. Pick up guest luggage from guest room and deliver to guest vehicle or to the luggage room. 

• Cage Cashier (Finance/Accounting)

  Distributes moneys to gaming guests via check cashing, conversion of coins, tokens and gaming chips into currency. Protects company assets while dealing with the public in an efficient and courteous manner.
