As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing high-volume kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation. The ideal chef will be able to manage a busy kitchen during peak times for games and events, overseeing production to ensure a smooth and successful shift. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage, inspire, and develop the kitchen team, collaborate with other departments, and maintain an organized, efficient, and sanitary workspace. The ideal candidate will have experience in American Bistro and/or elevated gastropub cuisine.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Delaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is hiring part-time Line Cooks to join our team at Banners Kitchen and Tap in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and chef specifications.
