JOB OVERVIEW: To serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely and manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the lounge.
JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for all aspects of managing the Food & Beverage department ensuring food quality and that food & beverage service meets brand/Crescent standards. Coordinates the purchasing of food & beverage items working within the established budget and maintains merchandising to maximize hotel profitability.
JOB OVERVIEW: Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
JOB OVERVIEW: Provide guidance and leadership to the Rooms Division, ensuring consistent compliance with hotel policies, and quality guest service while maximizing departmental profits. Indirectly offers supervision for the entire hotel as well as making policies and developing plans for carrying out work programs. Acts as General Manager in the General Manager’s absence, as requested.
JOB OVERVIEW: To clean, transport and store all china, glassware and silverware. Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas and back dock.
JOB OVERVIEW: Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained.
JOB OVERVIEW: Assure cleanliness of guest floor corridors, foyers, stairwells, and public vending areas, and assist room attendants in order to maintain Crescent’s high standards of quality.

JOB OVERVIEW: Greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon completion of stay to meet Crescent and brand high standards of quality.
JOB OVERVIEW: Supervise the operations of the housekeeping staff promoting a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets and minimal expenses.
JOB OVERVIEW: To assure the proper washing and drying of laundry to keep Crescent's high standards of quality.
JOB OVERVIEW: To clean and maintain all public restrooms and public areas in impeccable condition to achieve Crescent’s standards of quality.
JOB OVERVIEW:To supervise and maintain in the overall efficient operation of the Beverage Department. Serve and engage our curator guests with beverages and/or items on the menu in a professional, competent, and prompt manner while creating the latest in specialty cocktails.
JOB OVERVIEW: Balance room, restaurant and bar work daily. Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations. This is an overnight position.
JOB OVERVIEW: Perform protective and enforcement functions in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats to life and property to maintain a safe and secure environment.
