JOB OVERVIEW: The Food & Beverage Marketing Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes sales and communications to guests and customers. Under the leadership of the Corporate Director of Marketing, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the multiple restaurants, bars, and outlets that are all managed by Wincome Hospitality. This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness. Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. OVERVIEW: The Preventive Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance for the rooms and suites which consists of inspections, minor corrections and work order initiation. Key responsibilities include keeping all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and completing maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotel’s standard operating procedures. Basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry & painting required.
