Under general direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Director of Facilities, responsible for the maintenance, upkeep and repair of the grounds, buildings and equipment of the Casino.
Under direct supervision of the Director of Facilities, this working supervisor provides day-to day coordination, direction and leadership to the routine and non-routine tasks, work/service requests, inspection corrections, special task/orders and the upgrade/remodel projects of the property. Responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, enhancement and repair of the grounds, buildings and equipment of the Casino.
Under the direction of the General Manager, responsible for facilitating communications, assisting with handling guest requests and disputes, supporting, motivating and assisting staff to ensure that operations are conducted in a manner that is consistent with all applicable tribal, state, and federal gaming laws and regulations. Acts as the senior manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under the general direction of the Director of Sales or Director of Security (based on property location), provides safe, reliable, courteous, and efficient transport of patrons to and from casino or local area destinations in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics plus five (5) years experience in an analytical role involving accounting, finance, operations, and database administration of which three (3) years must be in casino gaming. Must meet all knowledge skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
Under the general direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor, contributes to a positive customer experience by maintaining the customer areas, entrances, gaming areas and administrative areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, provides a variety of administrative, fiscal, personnel support, and planning activities including processing of all business documents. Provides administrative support for the Advertising, Casino Promotions, and Entertainment areas of the Marketing Department. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under general direction of the Slot Tech Manager and/or Director of the Slot Operations, accomplishes the objectives of the slot department by supervising and overseeing slot and Bingo operations. Ensures slots operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and operations are executed in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
High School Diploma or GED, plus two (2) years experience in electronics repair or related field. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Associates Degree and/or related Electronics certificate preferred. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Under general direction from the Table Games Supervisor, Pit Manager, and/or Director of Table Games Operations, promotes a positive customer experience by dealing Table Games to customers on assigned shift in a prompt, courteous and professional manner for blackjack.
Under the general direction of the Director of Marketing, this position is responsible for the documentation and implementation of casino marketing promotions. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance submissions, the technical set-up of promotions, validation that promotions are running as expected, and communications routed through the Director of Marketing to operational partners for the successful execution of each marketing promotion. The Event Coordinator will be required to provide analysis and feedback to the Director of Marketing to provide for a better understanding of expected expenses and related revenues; development and approval of the final structure of Casino Promotions will remain the responsibility of the Director of Marketing. The goal of the position is to attract new customers as well as maintain and retain existing customers. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under general direction from the Players Club Supervisor, promotes a positive customer experience by educating guests on the benefits of the Players Club in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
Under general supervision of the Security Supervisor, Security Manager and/or Director of Security, ensures the safety and protection of casino patrons, employees, and assets in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Under the general direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Manager and/or Director of Facilities, responsible for maintenance, and repair of the grounds, buildings, and equipment of the facility including performing a variety of skilled technical duties and semi-skilled labor in the operation and maintenance of the facilitys water system.; performs adjustments and repairs to plant equipment; collects and documents samples for laboratory testing; performs lead supervision and training to assigned staff, and performs a variety of related duties as assigned which may include other NNGE facilities.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Facilities or Construction Management, or related field. Seven (7) years progressive management experience in specialty or general maintenance field supporting 150,000+ square feet, in a hospitality/gaming environment. Facilities Management Certification required. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
Under general direction from the Food & Beverage Supervisor and/or Food and Beverage Manager, prepares and serves cocktails and other beverages to customers or prepares for wait staff, in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Ensures customers meet age requirements for the purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
Under general direction from the Food & Beverage Supervisor and/or Food and Beverage Manager, maintains an efficient restaurant operation by clearing and resetting tables and ensuring all work areas are clean and presentable at all times according to established policies and procedures.

Under general direction from the Sous Chef, Restaurant Chef, Executive Chef, Pastry Manager and/or Travel Center Supervisor - maintains an efficient restaurant and travel center operations by preparing hot and cold food items in accordance with production requirements, recipes and established policies and procedures. Maintains all food preparation standards in a safe, accident-free environment.
Under general direction from the Food & Beverage Supervisor and/or Food and Beverage Manager or Banquet Captain and/or Banquet Manager, maintains an efficient and profitable restaurant operation by providing prompt and courteous food service to restaurant customers according to established policies and procedures.
Under general direction of the Hotel Manager and/or Director of Hotel Operations, manages and ensures the hotel facilities are property maintained and cleaned in accordance with appropriate health and safety standards. Develops and implements goals and standards for housekeeping services. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under general direction of the Director of Hotel Operations, oversees reservations and room assignments, valet, guest services, PBX and Front Desk. Trains and directs the hotel's front desk staff. Ensures that guests are treated courteously, complaints and problems are resolved, and requests for special services are carried out. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under the general direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Executive Housekeeper and/or Executive Housekeeper, cleans rooms and public areas in the Hotel. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Under the general direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor, ensures Hotel and Restaurants linens are washed, dried, folded and ironed as scheduled. Maintains confidentiality of privileged information.
Under the general direction of the Gift Shop Supervisor, ensures the efficient operation of the casino gift shop by greeting customers, responding to questions, totaling accurate bill, and accepting correct payment in a professional, courteous manner.
