What will I be doing?

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Executive will work collaboratively and proactively to contribute to the development of business through marketing and communications activities. This role specifically needs to focus specifically on:

• Implementing tactical digital marketing activity to generate revenue.
• Ensuring the hotel’s digital channels are kept up-to-date and have attractive content.
• Contributing to the marketing strategy to ensure the profitable position the hotels for the long term.
• Assisting with public relations activities and branding.
• Marketing administration and coordination
• Website management
• Digital marketing and social media
• Food and beverage marketing
• Tactical promotion
• Public relations
• Photography
• Teamwork and communication 
• Work, Health and Safety

Requirements

An Event Sales and Marketing Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Proven sales skills with the ability to develop relationships and build loyalty

• Passion for events and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

• Great organisational and administration skills with attention to details

• Knowledge of Canva Google Analytics

• Excellent communication skills including great telephone ethics

• Tech savvy

• Excellent grooming standards

• Knowledge of the hotel property management systems (desired)

• Qualification, degree, or certification in a relevant field (desired)
